Software Competence Center Hagenberg (SCCH)

The research center SCCH was founded in 1999 by the Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU) as Austrian non-university
research & technology organization with focus on software and data science. SCCH is closely connected with many
manufacturers of industrial machinery and automated production systems located in the region of Upper Austria. As such
the center provides the ideal link between the scientific research and the industrial expertise and is ideally suited as
consortium leader for DEPS.

CODE National Cyber Defense Research Institute,
Bundeswehr University Munich (CODE)

CODE was founded in 2016 to lead the national cybersecurity research efforts of the German ministry of defense, with
co-location and tight integration of the Ministry of the Interior, and the Federal Intelligence Service, thus creating a
unique cluster in Europe.

Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL),
HexHive research laboratory

EPFL is Europe’s most cosmopolitan technical university with a specialization in natural sciences and engineering.
It welcomes students, professors, and collaborators of more than 120 nationalities. EPFL has both a Swiss and
